I take on freelance projects alongside the products I already build.

Most of my work is the whole thing: the app the user holds, the API behind it, the admin panel, the store release and the server it runs on. If you have one of those pieces already, I fit around it. If you have none of them, I can take an idea to a release on both stores and the web.

What I do

• Flutter apps, end to end iOS, Android and web from one codebase. Sign in with Apple and Google, subscriptions with StoreKit 2 and Play Billing verified on the server, push notifications, offline files, store listings and the release itself.
• Backends in .NET or Node REST APIs with ASP.NET Core or Express, EF Core or Prisma on PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server, queues with RabbitMQ or Kafka, Redis caching, tests, Docker and a deploy that someone else can run.
• AI features inside an existing product Calling LLM APIs from your backend, retrieval over your own documents, structured output with validation, and an evaluation set so you know when a prompt change made things worse.
• Fixing what is slow or broken EF Core queries that time out, Flutter screens that stutter, releases that fail in review, .NET Framework code that needs to move to .NET 9 or 10.

How I work

We start with a written scope, split into milestones you can check. You own the repository from the first commit and get a short written update at the end of every working day. I write tests for the parts that would hurt if they broke, keep the dependencies few, and leave a README that explains how to run and deploy the thing without me. When something turns out to be harder than we thought, I say so before the invoice does.

I work in English, in the Europe/Istanbul time zone (UTC+3), and overlap comfortably with European hours and US mornings.

Rates and availability

Hourly work starts at $35 an hour through Upwork, which handles contracts and payment. Scoped projects, such as an MVP with an app, an API and a panel, get a fixed quote after a short call. I have room for up to 30 hours a week, one project at a time.
